It is the circle of life. I guess we aren't wasting anything. Feed them, ride them, and eat their @#% --sounds like a poem about re-incarnation. If we can get our Mule-fueled corn to grow, that is.
We aren't the only ones feeling spring's blush as we breathe her earthy aroma. All the mares are coming in heat. Don't be gettin any ideas after seeing my Lily-white legs...my Ass is a big Red Roan named Rusty and he is standing for select quality mares this spring. Stud Fee $500, guaranteed live foal. Must be present to win...

I do love the soft dirt between my toes and that dirt looks so soft.
And I LOVE to eat dirt! Sick huh? But I do. Paul, I love how your kids are right out there helping you. What a blast! I wish we had space for a garden that size. Makes me very anxious for Spring. Only a couple more weeks. Yeah! I never tire of reading your fun cleverly written posts. I had no idea how much I would come to love mules. Thank you!
We need some of that mule fuel in our garden. We could try the Alpaca fuel this year. Love ya, WoW
I left you a little surprise on my blog!
